Earn credit for your study of leadership while integrating concepts into your daily life! The study of leadership is an important component of building your own leadership skills. Study of theory, applications, and real world situations can convey importance and magnitude beyond what you experience in a shorter program or workshop.

Get the chance to engage knowledgeable professors and study fascinating leaders while developing skills of your own. There are several course options currently available, as well as the minor- currently in the campus approval process.

Leadership Minor

Since the Leadership Center opened its doors, the Illinois Leadership Coordinating Committee (comprised of faculty, academic staff, student affairs staff, Center staff, and students) has been working in seeking campus approval for an interdisciplinary leadership minor that would combine leadership theory with practical applications.
