I-Program Facilitators

I-program Facilitators are crucial to the success of Insight, Intersect, Ignite, Imprint and Integrity. Depending on the program, the facilitation team can be a group of alumni, faculty, staff and students who help shape the experience and environment of the program.

Facilitators play two roles:

Lead Facilitators are generally responsible for training, introducing main concepts and objectives and leading discussions among the large group of 60 to 200 participants.

Small Group Facilitators help build community and rapport among the a small group (8 - 12) of participants and help them find meaning in the program and ways to integrate the concepts into their daily lives.
